Curbside Pickup

Curbside Pickup lets you buy items online and pick them up at the store. You avoid shipping and scheduled delivery charges — and you may be able to get your order faster.

Curbside Pickups will typically be ready in 24-48 hours after order confirmation, you will receive a separate email "Order Status Changed" noting your items have been picked and are ready. 

 

Here's how it works:

  • During checkout, choose In-Store Pick-Up
  • Estimated times for orders to be ready are 24-48 hours after order confirmation (please note, grind service estimated time is out about week -  wax service is three days)
  • Place your order and wait to receive a "Order Status Changed" email (this is a separate email from your order confirmation)
  • Please have your order number ready when picking up
  • We'll hold your items at the store for 7 days; if you don't make it in by then, we will cancel the order and refund your method of payment

Bring to the store:

  • Your government-issued photo ID
  • The credit card used for the purchase (if a credit card was used)
  • Your order number

At the store:

  • Curbside pick-up is available. Drive to the back of the store, and park near the door marked for “Curbside Pick-Up”. Call us at 952-473-0093 when you are outside and ready to receive your items and a staff member will deliver them you
  • ALL In Store Pickups are held in our bike store which can be accessed from the furthest East entrance. If you are comfortable collecting your items in person please park in the far East lot, and a staff member will assist you.

Who can pick up your order:

  • You can pick up your order yourself or choose someone else to pick it up. To have your order picked up by someone else, please make a note in the “customer comments” field at check-out telling us who will be collecting your items for you.
  • Only you — or the person you’ve told us will pick up your order — can pick up your items.
  • To change the person picking up your order, please responded to 'Order Status Changed Email' with the name of the person picking up. 

A few more things to know:

  • There is no charge for Curbside Pick-Up
  • Products may be larger than expected due to their packaging; please keep this in mind when considering what vehicle you use to pick up your order.
  • We are working hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. It will likely take 24 hours before an order status is changed, please keep this in mind before reaching out regarding time frame on when your order will be ready.
